I know that doctors usually reccomend a csection for ppl under 20 or sumthin, but im doing natural vaginal birth anyway, i want the full expierence of childbirth. I am currently 39 weeks with a healthy baby girl, and am due sometime tomorow, I need tips on birthing, breathing, and coping immediatly following the birth. Thank you.
