PCOS has been labeled the hidden epidemic with 1 in 10 women suffering from it. What makes this such a concern too is that it occurs across all races and areas around the world so is not linked to any particular regional problem. With symptoms associated with infertility, miscarriage, acne and irregular menstrual cycles this is of concern to a wide range of women especially those looking to conceive. While some advocate medication there is significant proof that there is a PCOS natural treatment that can essentially cure the symptoms of this condition.

PCOS is caused by an elevated level of male hormones called androgenic hormones, especially testosterone. These are created by the ovaries but the exact cause of this is as yet unknown. Along with infertility and acne, weight gain, ovarian cysts, insulin resistance, strokes and many other problems can occur as a direct result of PCOS which is a frightening statistic for 10% of the world population!

While medication can sometimes control some of these symptoms a whole range of drugs must be taken for every symptom which can lead to some very bad side effects, monetary cost and a growing dependence on these drugs. A natural cure usually starts right from the root cause of these symptoms which is controlling the hormones that play havoc with your body and to target this cause with natural treatments and remedies that usually involve changes of diet, exercise levels, sleep patterns and more. The benefits of a natural cure are that for the most part they are also good for your general health as well! By changing your lifestyle you can be free of PCOS as well as lead a healthier life increasing your chances of childbirth and reducing the chances of other diseases and conditions.

So before you turn to harsh medication a PCOS natural treatment can be cheaper, better for you and can stop the symptoms of infertility, weight gain and others without unnatural treatments.

For dry skin care, find a lotion that you can use on a regular basis. Many people know that lotion can help, but they do not have one that they feel comfortable using day in and day out. Remember, there is a huge offering of dry skin care products on the market. Go to your local drug store to check out the selection.

Exercise regularly. It increases the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the skin, which will give skin a natural, healthy glow.

It’s the super antioxidant as it is said to be more effective than vitamins A, C, and E combined. It helps cell metabolism and stimulates collagen and elastin production, so it helps with fine lines and wrinkles, as well as elasticity.

Wear a sunblock every day. The primary cause of premature aging is exposure to the sun without adequate care and protection.

The most efficient emollients contain more white soft paraffin but these tend to be the most greasy. Apart from emollient applications they should use a soap substitute with an emollient effect. Bath oils are also helpful in many patients.

BlancNew Reset-W targets skin with age spots, freckles and discoloration in a whole new way. Noevir?s cutting-edge formula combines unique botanicals and the latest technology to deliver amazing results!

The skin around the knees and elbows are usually devoid of oil glands. That is why it gets dry so fast. This is the reason why elbows and knees get dark early. It is a simple grubby that is built up from dead cells and dirt. They give a horrible look if they are not properly cared.

Apply coconut oil on the elbows and knees to eliminate the dryness.

Using pumice stone is a good cure.

Knees and elbows must be cleaned daily with mild stone. Apply moisturizer after taking bath.

Crow?s feet form over time due to years of muscle movement when blinking or squinting, think therefore how much of a problem this can be for smokers, always squinting to avoid the cigarette smoke from entering the eyes.

The foundation for healthy skin care starts with a healthy diet rich in whole foods! Foods high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and high fiber whole grains are vital to nourish the skin.

Water bathes cells and eliminates waste products, preventing constipation.

STM Scar and Stretchmarks Cream – Scars and stretch marks eliminated. Natural cream reduces scars, marks from weight loss, childbirth, acne or surgery. Get rid of stretch marks, scars quickly, safely leaving renewed, healthy skin.

Essentially Me Australia – Made from pure essential oils, organic oils and only natural and organic ingredients wherever possible. Generous quantities (60ml or 120ml) at an excellent price for pure natural skin care.

Lavender Clay Facial Scrub – Powdered organic lavender buds, natural kaolin and sea clays, goats milk, and organic oats gently exfoliate and draw out impurities, unclog pores and remove dead, dry cells from the surface of your skin.

Did you know that some maternity units actually have more staff
available during periods of full moon?

I’ve always been fascinated by the moon’s effect on nature, so
when a friend’s wife conveyed to me what her midwife had told
her during the birth of their daughter, I decided to find out
more about childbirth, full moon and a possible link.

On speaking to various medical staff involved in natural
childbirth, the first thing I learned was that expectant mothers
often experience false signs of labor during full moon.

Contractions known as “Braxton Hicks” — sometimes noticeable to
the mother and sometimes not — become more pronounced and many
travel to the maternity unit in the belief that “it’s time”.
Disappointed — or perhaps relieved — they return home, the
pains having subsided and with no dilation of the cervix.

While these expectant mothers visiting the clinic with their
mistaken signs of labor are part of the reason why extra staff
are needed, the major difference is found in the number of women
whose amniotic sac — the water — breaks.

Just as some women experience false labor pains, in cases where
the water breaking marks the start of childbirth, full moon is
the time when it’s most likely to happen.

In order to discover for myself whether this could be true, I
asked several female friends how their births had started. Those
who responded with “the water breaking” were then asked the date
of the birth. On checking this against a moon phase chart, I
discovered that almost all had given birth on, or very close to,
a full moon.

The theory is that the moon’s gravitational pull effects the
amniotic fluid in much the same way as it effects the water in
the sea, rivers and even the water that’s otherwise found in our
bodies.

As a woman’s body prepares for natural childbirth, the amniotic
sac becomes distended so the point where it will easily burst if
put under pressure. Under normal circumstances, the pressure of
labor contractions bursts the sac. During a full moon, the
pressure caused by the moon’s effect on the water inside the sac
can cause the same things to happen, but without the
accompanying contractions.

When this happens, natural childbirth doesn’t always move
forward and with no other signs of labor present, the
obstetrician may decide to induce the birth. During my own study
of this phenomenon I found that of 8 women whose births started
with the water breaking at full moon, 5 of them had no
accompanying contractions.

A coincidence? Perhaps. But surely midwives wouldn’t prepare
themselves for an increase in natural childbirth activity if
there wasn’t some truth in this?

One midwife told me that when it comes to planning childbirth,
full moons should always be looked for around the time of the
expected delivery. If there’s one within a few days either side,
the chances are your baby will be born on that day
