I plan to have a natural birth but I’m open to whatever may happen on that day. I was wondering how long it actually took you ladies to recover after giving birth. And by recover I mean – you felt like yourself again (well as close as you could get).
1) How long before you could have sex comfortably again?
2) How long before you felt like your vagina was “back to normal.”
3) How long did it take for you to loose the baby weight?
4) Did you have a natural birth or did you use pain medication?
